By Appointment Only -- No Walk-ins Please!
Stillpoint Therapy Center now uses the MassageBook scheduling system for on-line scheduling. (Of course, you may still call the office to schedule and reschedule your appointments if you prefer!) Only those clients who have provided an email address to Sharon will be allowed to schedule on-line. If you would like to use the on-line scheduling system and you are an existing client who has not yet provided an email address, you may call the office with your email address and Sharon will add you to the system.
If you are a new client or if you would prefer not to schedule on-line, you can see Sharon's available appointments by using the MassageBook "booknow" button above. Simply choose the "Customized Session" option with the desired appointment length and you will be able to see Sharon's open appointments. Sharon typically schedules an extra half hour for new clients in case of a long medical intake or questions.
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled on-line 24 hours in advance. If you are giving less than 24 hours notice, you will need to call the office at 610-330-6844. Remember that a cancelation fee may apply. If you are sick, Sharon would prefer that you cancel or reschedule and you will not be charged a cancelation fee.
Click the "Book Now" button above to schedule or reschedule your next appointment or to see available appointments.
If you have any problems using the MassageBook scheduling system, please call Sharon at 610-330-6844 so she can notify the software company.
Sharon's office hours vary daily to accomodate her clients' busy schedules. Appointments are available between 9:30 AM and 7:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Appointments are also available 9:30 through 4:00 on Saturdays. Please note that Sharon is a sole practitioner and does not have a receptionist. Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Same day appointments are rarely available, but if you call early in the day before 9:30, she may be able to accommodate you. Please be patient when waiting for a return phone call. It is not always possible to return calls between clients.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you may be charged half the amount of your appointment unless Sharon waives the fee. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Sharon will choose not to reschedule repeat offenders unless they agree to pay 100% of the missed appointment before scheduling another. If the client intended to use a gift certificate for the appointment canceled at the last minute, the gift certificate will be forfeited except under extenuating circumstances. If you wake up sick the morning of your appointment, Sharon would prefer that you reschedule your appointment. If you call and leave a message in the morning before 9:00 AM (preferably earlier), you will not be charged or forfeit the gift certificate. Sharon tries to be understanding about family emergencies, but she can not afford to waive the fee for repeated last minute cancelations. If your lifestyle or your health makes it difficult to keep appointments, she recommends that you find an office or practitioner who can handle walk-in appointments.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” Sharon may choose not to reschedule a no-show client unless they agree to pay 100% of the missed appointment before scheduling another. If the client intended to use a gift certificate for the no-show appointment, the gift certificate will be forfeited except under extenuating circumstances.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you may be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
We look forward to serving you!
